DCS-RH series heat sealers are designed to high effectively and continuously seal the thick PE/PP plastic bag, paper and plastic multi-layer bag, aluminum and plastic multi-layer bag. It is widely used in the industries of chemical,medical,grains,feed and food etc. This model uses TEFLON seal band, has the features of easy cure, no adherence, smooth seal surface, stable quality. The seal pressure, temperature can be adjusted.

2. Main Features of Auto Continuous Band Heat Sealer

Operator sets the weight got through the checkweigher and the max allowed exceeding range on digital control box, once the bag weight exceeds the setup limits, checkweigher will immediately alarm and send signal to rejecter. Imported load cell and conveying motor ensures high accuracy and fast speed. The shape, size and other parameters of checkweigher can be designed according to customer's requirements.
