Introduction:

Main function:

Bag-type dust removal is a dry and highly efficient dust removal device. It purifies the gas through the dust layer on the surface of the fiber filter bags. The dust removal efficiency is generally over 99%, and it is widely used in industrial exhaust gas treatment such as in smelting, cement, and chemical industries. Its core mechanisms include sieving, inertial collision, and diffusion effects. The filter material includes fabrics, felt, or synthetic fibers. The cleaning method mainly adopts pulse blowing, mechanical vibration, or reverse airflow. The initial dust layer is retained to maintain the filtering performance.
This technology is classified by structure as internal filter type and external filter type. The internal filter type has no frame and less wear, while the external filter type has a larger filtration area. The air intake methods include bottom intake, top intake, and lateral intake, which can be adapted to different working conditions according to the characteristics of the dust . The equipment pressure loss ranges from 600 to 5000 Pa. The filtration speed is adjusted according to the filter material (fabric 0.5-2 m/min, felt 1-5 m/min), and a cooling system is required in high-temperature environments. In practical applications, it can be used in conjunction with acid gas treatment and other technologies to form a composite purification system.
Bag-type dust removal has a significant effect on the treatment of fine dry dust, and the emission concentration can be reduced to below 0.1 mg/m³. However, its adaptability to dust containing oil mist, strong adhesive substances, or gases below the dew point is limited.
