1.  Description of Ton Bag Packaging Machine:

Ton bag packing machine, also known as big bag packing machine and ton bag packing machine, is a special bulk material packing equipment with unique structure and large packing capacity, which integrates weight display, packing time sequence, process interlocking and fault alarm into one.

5. Function introduction of each component:

6. Troubleshooting of Big Bag Packaging Machine:

Step 1: Air first.

Check: initial state (the four lifting angles are in closed mode, and the clamping bag is in loose bag mode.

If not, please check the solenoid valve and air path.

Step 2: Power up.

Check: initial state (the four lifting angles are in closed mode, and the clamping bag is in loose bag mode.

If not, please check whether the knob of the bag is in the closed position and whether the meter is in the stopped state.

Step 3: Manually press the start button (start) to start the whole process.

Note: You need to press the start button for the first filling cycle, and you don't need to press the start button for the other filling cycles.

Step 4: Manually operate the 1#/2# Bag Truck.

According to the large truck back button (1 # / 2 # bag carrier a back button), cars (1 # / 2 # bag carrier) retreat, bag carrier in tons of chartered right, back to limit stop automatically or manually by the car stop button (1 # / 2 # bag carrier a stop button), bag carrier (1 # / 2 # the car) stop, (installation limit, a total of four limit, 1 # / 2 # back limit, 1 # / 2 # forward limit).

Step 5: Start manually operating the lifting bag (the four lifting angles are in closed mode), and the lifting bag is completed.

Step 6: Manual wrapping bag.

Manually press the pouch button (pouch).

Complete bag clamping action (bag clamping relay indicator light on/bag clamping solenoid valve action).

Lifting frame rise (lifting frame relay light on/lifting frame solenoid valve action).

The fan runs for 9.9 seconds.

The fan solenoid butterfly valve opens the blowing for 9.9 seconds (the fan runs/the fan butterfly valve relay light is on).

Step 7: Filling.

(1) After the blowing stops (if the packaging bag is not correct, you can manually adjust the four Angle time of 9.9 seconds), the controller automatically clears the zero (to tare weight), and the automatic feeding begins.

(2) start fast feeding: the feeding valve is opened, the screw feeder runs, the dust collecting butterfly valve is opened, the frequency conversion feeding motor is low speed (K2 relay light).

(3) Reach the set coarse flow value, start slow feeding: feed valve open, screw feeder machine operation, dust collecting butterfly valve open, frequency conversion feeding motor low speed (K2 relay light on), (K1 relay light off).

(4) reach the set value, stop feeding: feeding valve closed, frequency conversion feeding motor stop, screw machine stop, dust butterfly valve closed (K1 relay light off, K2 relay light off).

After filling: the lifting frame descends (the relay light of the lifting frame is off/the solenoid valve of the lifting frame is off), and the lifting frame descends to the initial position.

The bag is reset (the bag relay is off/the bag solenoid valve is off/the bag is in loose bag mode), and the default reset waiting time is 3s.

Step 8: Manually rotate the knob of the bag to the open position (open), and the four lifting angles are in the open mode

Step 9: bag carrier transport and manually by parcel carrier forward button (1 # / 2 # bag carrier a forward button), bag carrier (1 # / 2 # the car), the 1 # / 2 # forward limit stop automatically or manually according to the large truck stop button, the small car (1 # / 2 # bag carrier) stop, (site erection limit, a total of four limit, 1 # / 2 # back limit, 1 # / 2 # forward limit).

Turn the knob of the bag to the closed position (off) and the four lifting angles are in the closed mode

Step 10: Start lifting the packing car.

Note: the whole filling process, needs the manual operation only hang bag, press the "start" button (every time on the first filling cycle need to press the "start" button, the rest of the filling cycle does not need to press the "start" button), press the "bag" button, when unloading bags transformation "punching bag" switch, the rest of the metrological control and so on are all automatic.
