Introduction of machine:
The equipment is made of materials and designed in accordance with hygiene standards. It features an advanced and reasonable structural design. Corresponding structural designs are adopted for the materials. The structure is simple and easy to maintain. During filling, only manual bag hanging is required. After a given signal, the automatic filling, automatic measurement, automatic shutdown when the container is full, and bag loosening work cycle can be completed. The output is directly sent by the conveyor and then lifted for storage and transportation.

Ton bag packaging machine weighing：
After checking that the sensor wiring is correct, turn on the power of the control cabinet and preheat for 15 minutes before conducting the debugging. This article introduces the following examples based on the maximum weighing capacity of 100kg, graduation value of 0.2kg, quantitative value of 90kg, and accuracy level meeting the technical requirements of X(0.2):
(1) Load imbalance adjustment
Place 10kg weights respectively at the two supporting points of the weighing hopper. When the weighing display shows "positive difference", the sensor output should be adjusted in the lowering direction; when the weighing display shows "negative difference", the sensor output should be adjusted in the raising direction. For example: when the output of L/C-1 sensor decreases, rotate the corresponding set of fine-tuning resistors (original value is 10 ohms) to the left by the same rotation amount. Rotating to the right (clockwise direction) reduces the resistance value and increases the display value (recorded as "add"); rotating to the left (counterclockwise direction) increases the resistance value and decreases the display value (recorded as "subtract"). Note: When rotating the fine-tuning resistors, if the rotation amounts of the two resistors in each group are not consistent, it will make the adjustment difficult. Therefore, the rotation amount of each group of fine-tuning resistors for adjustment should be as consistent as possible. The absolute value of the error at each supporting point should not exceed 10g to be qualified.
(2) Weighing adjustment
Carry out weighing adjustment according to the calibration steps specified in the weighing display controller manual. During the inspection, from the zero point to the maximum value point, increase the weights in the order of 0kg, 40kg, 70kg, 90kg, 100kg, respectively, and the error should not exceed 10g, 20g, 35g, 45g, 50g respectively; from the maximum value to the zero point, decrease the weights in the order of 100kg, 90kg, 70kg, 40kg, 0kg respectively, and the error should not exceed the respective tolerance; repeat the verification at the two quantitative points of 40kg and 100kg, and conduct 3 measurements at each weighing point, with the error not exceeding the respective tolerance.
(3) Parameter setting
The quantitative packaging machine requires many parameters to be set. The following introduces the parameters as examples:
a. The quantitative value of the weighing display controller can be set as the quantitative target value, such as 90kg, etc. b. Fast addition advance amount, slow addition advance amount. When the weight is greater than (set value) - (fast addition advance amount), stop the fast addition and enter the slow addition; when the weight is greater than (set value) - (slow addition advance amount), stop adding materials.
