Machine Profile:
The single/double helix forced feeding control system is adopted, and the feeding speed is controlled by stepless variable frequency speed regulation. The rapid feeding is accomplished by the large helix feeding rapidly, while the slow feeding is completed by the small helix for precise feeding. Combined with the precision control valve, the automatic control of packaging speed and accuracy is realized. The performance is stable and reliable. During filling, only manual bag hanging is required. After the given signal, the automatic filling, automatic measurement, automatic shutdown when the container is full, and bag loosening work cycle can be completed. Then, it is directly output by the forklift or conveyor and lifted for storage and transportation.

Adapted materials:
It is extremely suitable for ton-bag quantitative packaging of powder materials with poor fluidity and high bulk density. It is particularly applicable to industries such as starch, mineral powder, biotechnology, fine chemical/petrochemical, fly ash, cement, metallurgy, steel, coal, and concentrate powder.
