3. Main features of Ton bag packaging machine:

4. Working principle of Ton bag packaging machine:

This equipment is semi-automatic, the measuring method is gross weight type, that is, the packing bag is used as the weighing container.

After starting the machine, the operator sets the strap of the packing bag on the hook of the packing machine, and the bag mouth on the feeding chute of the bag clamping device. Then the initial signal switch of the system is triggered, the bag clamping device clamps the bag mouth, the weighing lifting mechanism lifts the bag to a certain height, and the weighing process begins.

The bag is first weighed and then handled by a meter, a process called peeling.

After the peeling is over, the circular door of the circular door feeding device opens, the feeding starts quickly, and the weighing system weighs dynamically.

At the beginning, the opening of the circular door reaches its maximum value, and the material is quickly fed to the bag.

When the material fast feeding reaches a certain value, the weighing lifting mechanism drives the packaging bag downward for reciprocating motion (pier bag);

When the fast feeding reaches the fast and slow feeding conversion point, another cylinder on the circular arc door moves, the circular arc door opens to the slow feeding position, continues to feed, the system automatically converts to slow feeding, in order to ensure the accuracy of measurement.

When slow feeding to the target value, the arc door closed, stop feeding.

At this point, a weighing process ends.

At this point, the bag clamping device is opened, the weighing lifting mechanism drops the bag onto the pallet on the ground, the operator ties the bag mouth well, and then, the field operator forklifts the bag and moves it away from the packing position.

Repeat for the next bag.

When the system is feeding (fast, slow), the weighing system will measure the quantity and feed back the value to the instrument.

The instrument in the system throughout the fast and slow feeding process according to the measurement value of dynamic detection and control, timely adjust the feeding amount, the whole process for automatic control.
