1. Whether there is a fault prompt on the touch screen, if there is, it shall be handled accordingly according to the prompt;
2. Check whether the touch screen is connected to PLC;
3. Press the "Working Method" key to enter the "Working Method" page to see if it is in the test shutdown condition.
If so, press the "Test" button to remove the situation;
4. If press start, only one cycle action can be completed, check whether the packing machine is open, if it is open, the KM5 touch device in the box is damaged;
5. Use a multimeter to check whether the three-phase input voltage and the zero line are normal.
The film moving part of automatic granule packing machine does not work:
1, check whether the film switch is opened;
2. If there is a fault prompt on the touch screen, handle it according to the prompt;
3. Check whether the toucher is damaged, whether the walking motor is damaged, and whether the chain is dropped or disconnected.
