On September 1, the lime kiln No. 3 of the Dexin Steel Project in Indonesia was successfully ignited and the oven officially started.
The Indonesian Dexin Steel Project is located in the Qingshan Industrial Park in Central Sulawesi, Indonesia. It is a key project of the "One Belt, One Road" initiative. The DXN project in Indonesia is jointly funded and constructed by Delong Group, Shanghai Dingxin Group, Indonesia Morovari Industrial Park, and Hanwa Singapore (Private) Co., Ltd. The total investment is US$1.3 billion.
No. 3 lime kiln has a diameter of 9.5 meters and a height of 58.5 meters. It can produce 600 tons of lime per day. After completion, it will produce 210,000 tons of lime for steelmaking for Dexin Steel.
