Working Principle of Chemical powder particulate matter bagging machine:

Material is fed into surge bin through customer hopper. The homogenizing system in surge bin agitates the material to vent the gas contained in material out of the bin to prevent bridge forming during packing process. Material is then filled into bags through screw which is controlled by frequency convertor. When reaching the target value, feeding section stops and the filled bag is ready to be manually or automatically discharged. The machine is ready for a new filling circle.
