Application:
The ribbon mixer is generally used to mix sticky or cohesive powder particles, and due to the characteristics of difficult cleaning of sticky materials, it is suitable for mixing occasions with large output and infrequent replacement of varieties.

How it works:
The horizontal screw belt mixer is composed of mixing bin, agitator and driving device. The U-shaped tubular bin is equipped with a double-layer disoriented screw belt coiled agitator shaft. The outer spiral belt is driven by power, and its coiled form is matched with the rotating direction to push the material from both ends of the U-shaped bin to the central zone, while the inner spiral belt pushes the material from the middle to both ends to form a convection-mixing.

The discharge port is set up in the center of the bottom of the horizontal cylinder of the mixer. The spiral structure of the outer spiral belt is coordinated with the rotation direction of the main shaft to drive the material inside the cylinder wall to the central discharge port to ensure that the material inside the cylinder has no dead Angle.

The processing capacity of each batch is 0.1~20 cubic meters

Each batch handles 0.3~15 tons of material

The mixing time is 3 to 15 minutes
