The parties intend to jointly invest and establish a project company to be responsible for the construction and operation of the project. The project company will be registered in the industrial park controlled and operated by Huabao Industrial Park Investment Group located in Morowali County, Central Sulawesi Province, Indonesia.
The memorandum of cooperation signed by the company is in line with the company's development strategy, which will give full play to the advantages of all parties in resources, technology, industrial chain and financing ability, build the company's development layout of nickel resources in Indonesia, help the company to improve the industrial chain layout, improve the company's profitability and sustainable development ability. The memorandum signed this time is a framework agreement for the cooperation between the two parties, and the specific cooperation matters need to be further negotiated and signed by the two parties.
