Common fault analysis:

Inaccurate measurement: 1. Re-calibrate and reset the packaging weight; 

                                            2. Timely clean the material piled under the bagging rack.

Cylinder does not close: 1. trip switch has a problem   

                                         2. solenoid valve has a problem 1 replacement 

                                         3. microcomputer has a problem 1 maintenance or replacement

No discharging :     1. Check whether the discharging nozzle is blocked; 

                                 2. Check whether the discharging nozzle is blocked.

Slow discharging:  1. If the impeller and booster board wear out too much, replace them.  2. Air nozzle is blocked or low pressure.

Belt wheel does not move:  Check the power head to see if there is a foreign body stuck impeller.

Uncompressible bag:  Adjust the supporting screw of the bag press or replace the rubber wheel of the bag press.

Computer not bright: check the computer power supply and insurance, such as correct, repair the computer.
