Structure and function of powder packaging machine:

BT-50 series Raymond dry powder packaging machine is mainly composed of fuselage, feeding mechanism, flight mechanism, control mechanism, weighing mechanism and lifting bag mechanism.
1. Body: adopts steel welding mechanism, high strength, large steel, small and light.
2. Feeding mechanism: the cycloidal pinwheel reducer drives the sprocket, and the chain and sprocket drive complete the uniform feeding of the feeder.
3. Flying mechanism: the main shaft impeller is driven by the motor to rotate at high speed, and the powder is filled and woven into the bag through the discharge nozzle.
4. Control mechanism: insert the woven bag, touch the stroke switch to start, the cylinder is controlled by microcomputer and solenoid valve, and the feed nozzle is opened to realize the automatic control of electrical integration.
5. Weighing mechanism: When the bag weight reaches the standard quantity, the tension sensor sends a signal, the solenoid valve controls the cylinder work, and the feeding nozzle is closed to stop the filling.
6. Bag lifting mechanism: the discharge nozzle is closed, and the filling is stopped at the same time, the bag press is sucked by the signal of the sensor, and the bag press is loosened, so that the woven bag tilts away the bag.

Packaging machine operation process: silo outlet and packaging machine import soft connection. Manual pallet, bag switch, automatic bag mouth start. Automatic slow feeding, stop feeding, bag vibration.
