1. Product Description of Valve Bag Vacuuming Bagging Machine:
This series of machines are designed for packing high air content, low bulk density and super fine to nanophase powdery materials into valve bags, the advantage is no dust leaking and protection of the environment. The packaging process can achieve high compression ratio when filling materials, the finished packaging bag has plump shape and smaller size, the packaging effect is particularly outstanding. Representative materials are Silica Powder, Carbon Black, White Carbon Black, Superconducting Carbon Black, Active Carbon in Powder, Stearate, Graphite, and etc.

3．Working Principle of Valve Bag Vacuuming Bagging Machine:
DCS-FZK series packing machine adopts negative vacuum inhaling materials. Materials are fed into buffer hopper from finished product hopper and inhaled into packing bag through discharging holes of bag in closed vacuum chamber working on by negative pressure as well as the air in materials are discharged. When filling weight reaches preset value, vacuum fan stops running and vacuum gate opens, packing bag will be manually taken off, thus single packing is finished.
