1. Product Description: Dry Mortar Production Line
According to customer's requirements and budget, PUDA provides customized economic plan with high quality and turnkey projects based on our product knowledge, selection of assorted equipments with high quality and our extensive experience.
We have three types of production line: Simple, Semi-automatic (Economic), and Full-automatic (High-efficiency).



2. The dry mortar production line consists of:Dry Mortar Production Line
■ Drying and screening equipment of raw material: drum-type drier, screening machine.
■ Lifting equipments of raw material: bucket elevator, pneumatic conveying, big bag discharging system and passenger & goods lift.
■ Storage system of raw material: main material silo and additives silo, which are designed according to the data of material bulk density, PH value, stickiness, grain size, repose angel and etc. It equips Bin aid flow device, level indicator and pressure relief valve, and dust collector on top of silo and etc.
■ Dedusting and recycling system: central dust collector and portable recycle machine.
■ Feeding system: Types of feeding includes gravity free flow and mechanical assistant. Feeding unit includes pneumatic valves, screw and vibrator feeder.
■ Weighing and batching system: main material weighing system, pre-weighing system for additives, and light material weighing system, mixer, and finished product silo.
■ Packing system: small bag packing machine, big bag packing machine and bulk mobile packing machine.
■ Air supply system and pipes: air compressor, drying and filtering equipment, pipes.
■ Central control room: standby power supply, industrial control PC, printer, PLC system and weighing controller.
■ Steel construction: steel tower, finished warehouse, lighting system, fire fighting system.
3. The main process of dry mortar production line
■ Raw material conveying system with high efficiency, stability, reliability and environmental protection
According to characteristic of material, there are a few kinds of lifting equipments. Bucket elevator is recommended for bulk granule, mixture of granule and powder; pneumatic conveying is recommended for materials in powder. Big bag discharging system is recommended for material in bulk. Passenger & goods lift is designed for small bags.
■ Accurate and homogenous mixing system
PUDA horizontal mixer is designed with multiple blades at the special agitating angle which make agitation rapidly, homogenously and efficiently. The super anti-wear alloyed plate and blade extends the working life of machine. To avoid dust from leaking, the shaft end is sealed with pressure. The auto-lubricating system insures mixer working smoothly for long. It can homogenously mix fiber materials with flying blade.
It is efficient with good quality of mixing during batch-mixing process. It is suitable for handling dry plaster, cement, adhesive, padding, indissoluble materials, gypsum products, insulating materials, chemicals, feed and filling materials. Mixing capacity can reach 10-15 batches/hour.
PUDA mixer equips with PLC and visual operation system. There are two kinds of operation modes: automatic and manual. The mixing time parameter can be directly amended and sampling device can be equipped automatically or manually. The hinge gate installed on the wall of mixing barrel makes the maintaining and observation easier and safer.
■ Batching system
Batching scale body adopts cone-shaped structure to meet different rest angle of each material and equips with pneumatic cushion to protect against residue; it adopts triangular sensors carrier, sphere driving structure with well reseted ability by self; it has pneumatic discharging gate with large area open to swiftly discharge materials without leakage.
■ Accurate packing system and bulk technology
PUDA supplies more than 10 types packing machines such as valve type, open mouth type, and big bag type etc depending on product performance and bagging type. Packing range is 10-50kg, 500-2000kg.
■ Multiple dedusting equipments make sure green friendly environment
Each material has different raise-dust point in conveying process, which need different matched dust collectors based on different requirements. Well-known brand dust collector is used to the places where need strict dust cleaning. Dust emission standard efficiently controlled can reach or exceed national environmental standard. Dusting system adopts dusting structure of first gravity dusting and secondary sack dusting. The powder or granular material after dedusting can be efficiently reclaimed with zero release.
■ Advanced and reliable pneumatic control system
It adopts screw air compressor, piston type air compressor, cooling and drying machine, gasholder with international well-known brand.
■ Reliable, stable and humanistic control system
High performance Microcomputer, human-computer interface, weighing unit with high speed and accuracy, world-famous low-voltage apparatus and self-developed professional control software make automatic control of dry mortar production line come true. Three type working methods of semi-automatic, automatic, and manual operation make control of work flow freely and conveniently. Panel button of interface function can individually meter and discharge material in each scale. Work flow and discharging sequence can be defined by user according to their production requirement and operating habit.
■ Convenient maintenance
All position on line checks real production state of equipment and carries through safety chain control. If abnormal condition occurs it correctly points out fault point of equipment and reminds operators to positioning check and overhaul, which achieve remove fault positioning correctly. With self checking accuracy function, the system checks and maintains conveniently, colorized CRT displays process flowchart of equipment, feeding material formula management, printing real time batching report forms and error report.
