Structure of Dust Collector:

The dust collection box is located at the bottom for recycling materials.

Working principle of Dust Collector:

After the dust-bearing gas enters the gas chamber of the dust collector, due to the sudden expansion of airflow section and the action of airflow distribution plate, part of the coarse particles in the airflow settle in the ash hopper under the action of inertia force; The dust particles with fine particle size and small density are filtered through the filter element, and the dust is deposited on the surface of the filter material through the combined effect of Brown diffusion and screening. The purified gas enters the upper air chamber and is discharged by the exhaust pipe through the fan.

The surface of carbon steel material is sandblasted, electrostatic spraying or chrome-plated, galvanized, ivory white. Dust removal pipe is 304 stainless steel.

3. pressure loss The pressure loss of the dust collector equipment refers to the pressure drop of the gas from the inlet to the outlet of the dust collector, or resistance.

4. the operating pressure of the dust collector equipment is based on the static pressure value of the device and the fan before and after the dust collector and its installation position, and it is also the design pressure value of the dust collector equipment.

5. filtration speed Filtration speed is an important factor in the design and selection of dust collector equipment, its definition is the filter gas through the filter material speed, or through the filter material air volume and filter material area.
