This machine is suitable for single (multi) layer paper bag and lining plastic bag packaging, can automatically complete the procedures of hot sealing lining plastic bag, pressing inner bag, trimming bag mouth, folding line indentation, folding bag mouth, wrapping hot melt adhesive paper tape, paper tape heating pressing and counting, and optional bag mouth dust removal device mechanism.

Type B heat-sealing packaging is suitable for opening the bottom of the paper bag, then lifting the mouth of the bag, and the inner bag keeps the seal state to slide out by itself. The packing method is used for lining plastic bags and inner materials of the same material, feeding only with the bag input, easy to add raw materials and can avoid the recycling of packaging bags.

HS-22 Automatic Heat Sealing Machine workflow:

Cutting tool: dressing bag mouth → PE belt → press roll pressing → heat sealing (2 groups of heating blocks) → press roll module pressing → plastic bag cooling (1 group of cooling blocks)
