Working Principle of Carbon Powder Packing Machine:

Materials are fed into buffer bin from finished product hopper and agitated by homogenized system which can efficiently discharge the air contained in materials out of buffer hopper and prevent material forming bridge to make sure continuously packing process. Materials are filled into packing bag through screw controlled by frequency conversion. When filling weight reaches preset value, packing machine will stop feeding, packing bag will be manually taken off, thus single packing is finished. The weighing instrument of FW type packing machine can choose both gross and net weighing packing.
