Advantages of the dumping yard in the upper part of the mining area: the shunting saves effort; the passing capacity is large, which can reduce the amount of work. Disadvantages The winch house is tall and difficult to maintain, and there is downwind in the winch house.
5. Form selection and line layout of the depot in the middle of the mining area. The depot in the middle of the mining area—a group of lanes and chambers that connect the uphill and middle sections of the roadway. Generally, it is a dumping yard. According to the location of dumping, it is not divided into ---bypass type stone gate-type roadway type. According to the direction of dumping, it is divided into one-way dumping yard and two-way dumping yard.
6. Selection of the lower car yard form and line layout of the mining area. The lower car yard of the mining area-the general term for a group of roadways and chambers at the connection between the uphill of the mining area and the stage transportation roadway. It is composed of the loading station in the mining area and the auxiliary lifting lower yard. According to the different loading locations, the lower parking yards of the mining area can be divided into: large lane loading type; stone gate loading type; bypass loading type.
Main Lane Loading-type Lower Depot Advantages, Disadvantages and Applicable Conditions Advantages: compact layout, low engineering volume; convenient shunting. Disadvantages: Affect the passage capacity of the main roadway; large detour maintenance. Applicable conditions: top winding type—uphill inclination> 12, the starting point falls on the roof of the main roadway, and the surrounding rock of the roof is stable. Bottom winding type—when the inclination angle of the uphill is less than 12, the uphill will be lowered in advance to the condition that the floor of the roadway becomes flat and the surrounding rock of the floor is stable.
Shimen loading type lower car yard Advantages, disadvantages and applicable conditions Advantages: small amount of work; convenient shunting, large passing capacity, and does not affect the main lane transportation.
Disadvantages: The length of Shimen is sometimes not long enough, so it is necessary to extend the parking lot into the coal seam lanes or extend Shimen. Application: coal seam group joint layout mining area.
Bypass type lower parking lot Advantages, disadvantages and applicable conditions Advantages: Does not affect the transportation capacity of the main lane. Disadvantages: large amount of work; long shunting time.
Applicable: The mining area has a large production capacity; there are two mining areas on one wing of the mine for simultaneous production; it is not suitable for the Shimen loading station.
Auxiliary lifting yard Auxiliary lifting yard of the mining area-the lower part of the mining area is used to excavate the transfer station for coal discharge, gangue discharge, and feed.
