2, the CVT (bag length gearbox) initially runs for a month, the oil is changed once a month, then every six months, the oil brand is N320 industrial gear oil or in line with ISO VG320 standard lubricating oil.
3, differential box, the initial operation of a month to change the oil, then every four months to change the oil, the brand of oil is N320 mechanical oil.
4. Each transmission chain shall be lubricated with industrial butter after working for 1000 hours.
5. The eccentric part after the horizontal sealing shaft is lubricated with grease.
6. The connecting part of the upper clamping conveyor shaft and the universal joint shaft should be regularly lubricated.
(2) Maintenance
1. After three months of operation of the CONTINUOUSLY variable gearbox, the tension of the chain in the continuously variable gearbox usually needs to be adjusted. Please adjust it according to the adjustment method of the manual and the label on the gearbox.
2. Adjust the tension of the transmission chain of the packaging machine. After the operation of the new machine for three months, it is necessary to adjust the tightening sprocket of each transmission chain to eliminate the excessive slack of the chain. It will be adjusted once a year after operation.
