【 Filling machine common faults and solutions 】
1. Filling quantity of filling machine is not allowed or not discharged:
1.The speed throttle valve and filling interval throttle valve is not closed, the throttle valve can not be closed.
2. Is there any foreign matter in the quick-loading three-way control valve? If so, please sort it out. Is there any air in the hose of the quick-loading three-way control valve and filling head?
3. Check whether all sealing rings are damaged. If so, please replace them with new ones.
4. Whether there is a plug appearance or delayed opening of the valve core of the filling nozzle. If there is a plug, install the valve core in a good position from the beginning. Such as delayed opening, need to adjust the thin cylinder throttle valve.
5.Quick installation of the three way control valve up and down the elastic force of the screw spring, the elastic force is too large will not open the check valve.
6. If the filling speed is too fast, adjust the throttle valve to reduce the filling speed.
7.All the hoops, leather pipe buckle can be sealed, if yes, please correct.
8. The magnetic switch is not loose, please lock it tightly after adjusting the amount each time.
Two, filling machine materials from the rear end of the cylinder for the following reasons:
1. The cylinder is not in the center of the cylinder bracket, if there is any change in the cylinder, please install the position from scratch.
2. The cylinder piston and piston rod are not tight, if loose, please lock.
3. Cylinder piston O-type sealing ring is not damaged, if damaged, please replace.
Iii. Filling machine cylinder piston does not come back after pushing to the top:
The position of the active magnetic switch, press the emergency stop switch, adjust the active magnetic switch from scratch.
