I. Check and prepare before starting:
1, this machine adopts 220V single-phase AC power supply, equipped with a shell grounding three-leg socket, before use should check whether the voltage of the power supply is composite requirements, wiring is firm, the bottom line is connected.
2. Adjust the height of the semi-automatic sealing machine according to the working condition of the operator.
3. Check whether the rotation parts are well lubricated and inject proper amount of lubricating oil.
4, if the first use or use interval time is too long, the electric heating tube may be damp, insulation resistance reduction phenomenon (is normal), should be preheated at low temperature for half an hour, and then normal operation.
5. Adjust the height and front and back position of the conveyor according to the size of the packaging bag and the filling amount.
For height adjustment, a special random meniscus wrench should be used to loosen the bridge gear nut and tighten it properly after adjustment.
According to the sealing size needs to adjust the sealing width positioning frame position.
Two, boot operation:
1. Press the power switch first, and the indicator light inside the button will be on.
2. rotate the speed regulating knob, adjust the transmission to the required speed.
3. Press the temperature switch, and the indicator light in the button is on, and then rotate the knob below the temperature controller to make the pointer point to the desired temperature value. At this time, the green light in the temperature controller is on, and the perm starts to rise.
4. Press the fan switch according to the need (thin layer material needs cooling), the indicator light in the button is on, and the cooling fan is started.
Three, stop operation:
1. In order to extend the service life of the sealing belt, the heating switch (button indicator light is off) must be cut off before stopping the machine, and the temperature of the perm drops, so that the sealing belt can continue to run for a period of time.
2. After about half an hour, the fan switch and power switch can be disconnected, and the whole machine stops. At this time, the indicator light in the button is off.
