Palletizing machine is a mechanical and electrical integration equipment, scientific combination of electricity and mechanical energy, and the correct maintenance method for its electrical energy is mainly:
1. The battery must be full of ability to use. When the battery of the palletizing machine is not full, it is used, or the power is not fully used, it is taken to charge and other inaccurate application methods, which will reduce the battery life.
2. Use your newly purchased battery three to five times and let it cool down before recharging it for 12 hours. After the first 3×5 times of repeated charge and discharge, the battery can show its normal large power.
3. The palletizing captain is not applicable at any time. The battery can be removed to extend the battery life of the palletizing machine.
4. Adjust the working voltage, because the voltage changes in different areas will affect the length of charging time. Too high a temperature in the battery or charger can reduce charging efficiency and cause the battery to not fully recharge. Therefore, it is advocated that customers should charge in an environment of 10~40 degrees, and install a regulated power supply before the charger.
5. Ensure battery access and do not store with metal objects. The positive and negative electrodes of the battery shall not be conducted by any means. Do not open the battery case, the battery is boring.
6. When the machine is not in use, please remove the battery of the palletizer to avoid rapid loss of power. A fully charged battery will lose power after about 1 to 2 months.
7. The circuit interface should be dry and cool. The battery and charger socket of palletizing machine should be cleaned and boring before charging.
