The heat sealing mechanism is also a part that needs to be cleaned frequently to ensure clear sealing patterns for the packaged products. For scattered materials, clean them up promptly to facilitate the cleanliness of the machine components, thereby better extending their service life. At the same time, frequently clean the dust inside the electrical control box to prevent electrical faults such as short circuits or poor contact.
Regularly check the screws of each part of the powder packaging machine to ensure they are not loose. Otherwise, it will affect the normal rotation of the entire machine. Pay attention to waterproofing, moisture-proofing, anti-corrosion, and anti-rat protection for the electrical part of the machine to ensure the cleanliness of the internal parts and connections of the electrical control box.
