The quantitative packaging machine is a high-tech, high-performance and high-efficiency automated equipment. Users must master its performance and the correct usage methods, and ensure proper daily maintenance to maximize its effectiveness.
The personnel who use the packaging machine on a daily basis must be fixed. Those who have received training from the manufacturer should be able to proficiently operate the machine, master the packaging procedures, be capable of simple instrument debugging, and be able to change parameters, etc.
The instrument technicians must undergo strict training by the manufacturer, and be able to proficiently master the performance, working procedures, operation modes, working status, common fault detection and handling of the instruments.
Untrained personnel are strictly prohibited from operating the computer instruments. Daily maintenance must ensure that the inside and outside of the computer instrument box are clean and dry; the connection terminals should not be loose or fallen off. Ensure that the circuits and gas paths are unobstructed. The internal parts of the two-stage pressure regulating valve should be clean and free of water.
Mechanical part: The newly installed machinery must undergo inspection, tightening, and lubrication of transmission and moving parts within the first week of use; thereafter, regular inspections and maintenance must be carried out monthly.
The automatic oiling device of the sewing machine must be ensured to have oil. At the beginning of each shift, the oiling of the moving parts should be carried out manually using a manual oiling pump.
Every staff member of each shift must clean and tidy up the site when they finish work, and perform tasks such as dust removal, water drainage, power disconnection, and gas cutoff on the equipment before leaving their posts.
