1. First, open the observation hole and measure the distance between the tape and the shell to confirm whether the deviation is true, or whether the deviation switch ACTS by mistake and the electrical signal problem.
2. After confirming that the deviation is true, timely report the on-site situation to technical personnel or department leaders, and keep in touch with central Control.
3. If you run slightly or intermittently, observe for a while.
Then loosen the lock nut above the counterweight. Then turn the middle nut of the counterweight screw in the direction of offset slightly to the right. Wait for a while, and observe the change of distance between the tape and the shell on both sides.
4. If the deviation is aggravated, make false signal first and then adjust it slowly.
5. Adjust the tape less each time and more times, and adjust it repeatedly according to the adjustment effect until the tape is in the middle.
6. After the adjustment, the locking nut can not leave until half an hour after the observation.
