(1) Fixed proportion of color masterbatch and raw material: different proportion of color masterbatch will affect the color and covering rate;
(2) Fixed production process: The change of process parameters needs to be evaluated, otherwise it will affect product quality;
(3) Fixed mixing time: the proportion and shape of the color masterbatch are different from those of the raw material. If the mixing time is not fixed, it will lead to uneven distribution of the color masterbatch in the mixing cylinder or segregation and delamination;
(4) Prevention of static electricity: static electricity is generated due to friction in the mixing process of plastics, resulting in uneven distribution;
(5) Halfway stop: it is necessary to empty the raw materials in the material barrel and reduce the temperature of the material barrel to avoid the material being oxidized and decomposed by heat for a long time, resulting in the film turning yellow and producing black spots;
(6) Material selection: Materials containing BHT antioxidants should not be selected as far as possible, because blocked phenolic antioxidants are prone to automatic oxidation reaction in the high temperature, high humidity, the presence of oxide in the alkaline environment, resulting in the discoloration of the surface of plastic finished products (generally turning pink or light yellow);
(7) Storage: Please store the color masterbatch in a dry, ventilated and clean environment with the ambient temperature below 50℃ to avoid pollution.
