An automatic quantitative packaging scale is a device that, based on a pre-designed method and procedure, automatically weighs and divides granular or powdered materials (powdered or granular) into equal portions according to the predetermined gravity and then automatically measures and packages them:
1. It can perform functions such as feeding, weighing, filling, sealing, and conveying of the finished product.
Common feeding methods include: gravity feeding, vibration feeding, belt feeding, and screw feeding.
Currently, the {automatic quantitative packaging scale} produced by our company uses screw feeding: the design and calculation of parameters in the screw feeding device:
2. Original parameters
(1) The packaged material is flour, with a loose density of the material p = 0.8 t/m³.
(2) The conveying length of the screw feeding device L = 0.72 m.
(3) The screw feeding device is horizontally arranged, with an inclination angle /3 = 0. Its projection height on the vertical plane H = 0 m.
(4) The conveying capacity (dh) is 5 - 50 kg per bag of finished product, the conveying time is 20 seconds, of which the fast conveying time is 15 seconds and the slow conveying time is 5 seconds. The fast conveying material is 95% of the total weight of the packaging, and the slow conveying is 5%.
Then the material conveying volume is: Q = 25 x 95% + 15 = 1.58 (kg/s): 5.
