The packaging machine has relatively thorough safety considerations, and there are basically no hidden dangers. However, if the operator ignores the safety warning signs posted on the machine and the internal high-temperature danger, forcibly inserts their hand through the high-temperature isolation curtain and enters the high-temperature furnace, even if they do not touch the infrared tubes inside the isolation iron net, the packaging machine will still suffer varying degrees of burns due to the internal hot air or the high temperature of the furnace wall! It can be seen that such accidents do not necessarily require touching the heating tubes installed inside the furnace wall isolation iron net. Any part within the furnace interior is potentially subject to scalding; if the operator insists on inserting their hand deep into the recesses of the furnace to touch the rapidly rotating fan, it is equivalent to jumping onto the railway track while the train is approaching! This situation is extremely extreme, and no advanced equipment can avoid it. Inside the heating furnace (the inner wall), the infrared heating tubes are installed on the side wall, and there is an iron net isolation (pulling back the heat-resistant curtain and looking straight down from the inlet or outlet of the furnace, only seeing the guard net but not the heating tubes); the fan blades are located above the furnace depth about 40 centimeters from the inlet and outlet, and the fan blades are installed with an upward concave shape (not protruding on the surface inside the furnace), and when pulling back the heat-resistant curtain, looking straight down from the inlet or outlet of the furnace, basically the fan blades cannot be seen. When the machine is powered on and started, the heating tubes inside the furnace begin to heat up, and can be heated to 150°C or higher according to the usage requirements, and the packaging machine fan also operates simultaneously to evenly distribute the furnace temperature. When it is shut down, the heating tubes are disconnected from power, and the fan continues to operate to dissipate heat and cool down before shutting down.
