Pellet packaging machine is an automatic equipment, mainly used for the packaging of granular materials. It is usually composed of a feeding device, a measuring device, a packaging device, a sealing device and a control system. The material then enters the packaging device and is filled into pre-prepared bags by conveyor belts or vacuum systems.
The packaging device is usually composed of one or more weighing buckets, and the amount of material placed into the packaging bag is controlled by opening and closing the weighing bucket. The weighing bucket usually has a fixed space and can be flexibly adjusted as needed. At the same time, according to the characteristics of different materials, the packaging device can adjust the feeding speed and vibration amplitude to ensure the fullness and tightness of the packaging bag.
