1.The stacker we are talking about here is the current stacker robot. The general stacker robots are quite large in size. When transferring, extra care is needed. There are mainly six steps:
When using a crane or forklift to move the palletizing robot, it is absolutely not allowed to manually support the control box of the palletizing robot.
2. Before starting the equipment, please disconnect the power supply of the controller and the main power supply. Set up a conspicuous sign indicating "Viewing and Protection in Progress", and lock or hang a symbol on the main power switch to prevent anyone from accidentally turning on the power.
3. Before operating the rolling palletizing robot, first check whether there are any abnormalities in the equipment and other components to ensure safety. Then, turn on the motor power switch and adjust the palletizing robot to the appropriate position.
4. During the transfer process, never lie on top of the stacker robot or stand beneath the lifted stacker robot.
5. Be careful not to get too close to the stacker robot and external equipment to avoid having your fingers caught.
6. After completing the posture adjustment, then disconnect the power supply of the controller and the main power supply.
