Possible reasons:
1. The electrical system and hydraulic system of the machine are unstable
Solution: Check and adjust the electrical and hydraulic control system of the machine to make the control stable and normal.
2. The technological conditions of injection molding are not stable
Solution: Check whether the process and technical parameters are stable, whether the feeding system is normal, whether the temperature control system is normal, whether the screw speed is normal, whether the back pressure is stable, whether the injection molding action of the hydraulic system is stable and normal
3. Improper setting of injection molding process and technical conditions
Solution: Check whether the injection pressure is normal, whether the setting of injection injection and pressure holding time is normal, whether the production cycle is stable, and whether the setting of each action pressure and speed parameter of injection molding is appropriate
4. Die strength is insufficient, guide column is bent or worn
Solution: Check the guide column for wear or bending
5. Mold locking is stable, with poor precision, unstable movement of moving parts and inaccurate positioning
Solution: Check the precision of the mould and the movement and positioning of the parts, eliminate the bad factors and make the movement stable and normal
6. Uneven feeding amount of plastic or non-uniform particles, poor plasticization of plastic or wear of machine melting plastic cylinder and screw
Solution: check the machine performance, melt rubber cylinder and screw clearance is too large or wear seriously should be replaced or repaired
7. The product cooling time is set too short, and the cooling is uneven after stripping
Solution: Extend cooling time and check the running condition of cooling system engineering
8. Products with poor rigidity, uneven wall thickness and unstable post-treatment conditions
Solution: repair the mold or adjust the process parameters, strengthen the unstable post-treatment conditions
9. Improper mixing ratio of plastic, plastic shrinkage instability or crystallinity instability of crystalline materials
Solution: reasonable collocation of the proportion of return or waste, the unstable crystallinity of the material to make up through the process, raw materials, etc
