1.Packaging machine cylinder not operating: If the cylinder of the packaging machine fails to operate, first check whether the air source pressure is within the normal range. Also, see if the solenoid valve can be operated manually smoothly. Through these checks, further determine whether the solenoid valve is damaged, or if there are situations such as cylinder jamming or air leakage.
2. Abnormal operation of the packaging machine: When the packaging machine experiences a freeze-up, inaccurate weighing, or generates an alarm, and it is confirmed that none of the components are damaged and all other conditions are stable and reliable, one can try the method of power-off and shutdown for initialization. The specific operation is to manually press the solenoid valve to empty the weighing hopper, then perform the calibration operation, and after completion, restart the machine for use.
3. Fault of the bag-securing device in the packaging machine: If the bag-securing device of the packaging machine does not operate, you can check whether the corresponding indicator lights on the control instrument are in the same state. If the status of the indicator lights is correct, then check if the electromagnetic valve is broken. For the failure of no coarse feeding (or fine feeding), the same method can also be used for inspection.
