In terms of civil engineering and steel structure: all 18 nickel-iron alloy production lines of the first phase of the project have started construction, and have now entered the equipment installation stage. The installation of equipment such as drying kiln, rotary kiln and submerged arc furnace is in progress. Workshop 1 has entered the stage of equipment power supply system debugging and water supply system startup.
The construction of supporting power facilities: The 220KV substation project has a total investment of 180 million yuan, 7 sets of 240MVA main stepping transformers, and 5 sets of the first phase. The project has installed 75 sets of main stepping transformers, voltage transformers, isolation switches and other equipment. The secondary device wiring is in progress.
The total investment of the project is 15 billion yuan to build 36 fully enclosed submerged arc furnaces, including 18 33000KVA nickel-iron alloy furnaces (about 1.2 million tons per year) and 12 33000KVA silicomanganese alloy submerged arc furnaces (annual output of about 600,000 Tons), 6 sets of 33000KVA high-carbon ferrochrome submerged arc furnace (annual output is about 400,000 tons) and corresponding supporting equipment (raw material pretreatment, sintering, pulverized coal injection system, drying system, rotary kiln system; power supply and distribution And control system; water supply system; compressed air system; nitrogen production system; dust removal system; gas tank and gas power generation system; electrode shell processing and machine repair workshop; slag processing system and other auxiliary facilities).
The project plans to complete an investment of 2 billion yuan in 2020 and has completed an investment of 569 million yuan this year.
