Although this is the case, the difficulty of material dust explosion depends on its own nature and also on the environment. And the causes of explosion are not all the same. Some materials are easy to conduct electricity, while some materials do not conduct electricity but will acquire static electricity due to the operation of the machine and friction with the air.
Therefore, it is very necessary to simply implement explosion-proof measures for the packaging machine. Here are a few simple points to introduce:
1. Ensure the stability of the surrounding environment air and avoid exposure to oil mist, gas, etc., which are flammable and explosive environments;
2. Use dust-proof feeding stations and other dust-proof methods, and ensure the airtightness of the packaging machine and the conveying system, completely eliminating dusting, which can largely avoid explosion;
3. Use explosion-proof motors (such as flameproof type, enhanced safety type, positive pressure type, spark-free type, and dust explosion-proof type), as well as explosion-proof touch screens and other explosion-proof equipment to assemble and manufacture the packaging machine.
