The relationship between film recombination process and titanium dioxide--PUDA titanium packing machine

A variety of problems often arise during membrane recombination.

Adhesives are often cited as the cause of bonding problems.

In fact, the causes of film composite defects may be environment, substrate, ink, process conditions and other factors.

1. Spot problem

Spot problem is a common problem in composite films, spots generally appear on the white ink.

Sometimes the color ink behind the white ink will also appear faint spots, in fact, also appears on the white ink reflected through the color ink.

There is no disadvantage when there is white space on the page.

Spots also appear in two ways:

First, there is no spot under the compound machine, the spot appears after curing;

The second is the next composite machine after the spot (both of the above phenomenon refers to the irregular occurrence.

If regular and regular appearance should consider the film flat state, mechanical parallel state, whether the hot roller pollution, whether there is a scar, whether the cots system is defective).

Phenomenon 1: no spot after getting off the machine, spot after maturing

Causes:

1) White ink is too rough, the titanium dioxide in the ink particle size.

2) In the ink bonding material proportion is small, in the ink layer caused by the phenomenon of fine holes.

3) Adhesive coating quantity is small.

PUDA TIO2 packing machine

PUDA will choose two kinds of valve bag packing machines for tio2, one is with screw feeder, the other is vacuuming type. If its bulk density is too light , we will use vacuuming packing machine for Tio2.
