The quantitative packaging scale is composed of a weighing unit, a trolley, a sewing and packaging conveying device, an air control system, a dust removal system, and quantitative packaging control instruments.
Among the key components that affect the speed and accuracy of packaging are the weighing unit, which includes the storage bin, gate, material cutting device, scale body, bag clamping device, support, electrical control device, etc. The storage bin is a buffer-type bin used for material storage and providing a relatively uniform material flow; the gate is located at the bottom of the storage bin and is used to block the material within the storage bin when equipment maintenance or faults occur; the material cutting device consists of a cutting hopper, cutting door, pneumatic components, and air supply door, etc. It provides fast and slow feeding levels during weighing, and the material flows of both fast and slow feeding can be adjusted separately to ensure that the quantitative packaging scale meets the requirements of measurement accuracy and speed; the function of the air supply door is to balance the air pressure difference in the system during weighing; the scale body is mainly composed of the weighing hopper, load-bearing support, and weighing sensor, which converts weight into an electrical signal and transmits it to the control unit; the bag clamping device is mainly composed of the bag clamping mechanism and pneumatic components, etc., and its function is to clamp the packaging bag and allow the weighed material to fall completely into the bag; the electrical control device consists of the weighing display controller, electrical components, and control cabinet, etc. Its function is to control the system operation and make the entire system work in an orderly manner according to the pre-set program.
