The working principle of the palletizer
The workpieces on the flat plate that meet the requirements of the pallet are placed on one layer of the pallet. The pallet and the workpieces move forward until the vertical surface of the pallet is reached. The upper stopper rod descends, and the other three positioning stopper rods start to clamp. At this time, the pallet resets. The workpieces drop to the pallet plane, and the distance between the pallet plane and the bottom surface of the pallet is 10mm. The pallet descends by the height of one workpiece. Repeat the above process until the stack of pallets meets the set requirements.
