When the quantitative packaging scale enters the automatic operation state, the weighing control system opens the feeding door and starts to add materials. The packaging bag is placed on the feeding nozzle, and then the four corners of the packaging bag are hung on the cylinder. Press the "allow feeding" button, at this time, the bag press cylinder starts to work and presses the bag opening, the cylinder spreads the four corners of the packaging bag, the controller automatically removes the weight of the packaging bag, the screw rotates rapidly to fill the material into the bag, the vibration table starts to vibrate to consolidate the material, the dust that escapes along with the bag air is sucked away by the vacuum cleaner through the dust collector. When the feeding is close to the set value, the screw rotation speed slows down and the feeding stops, when the material weight reaches the set value, the feeding door is closed, completing the dynamic weighing process. At this time, the system detects whether the bag clamping device is in the predetermined state. When the packaging bag is already clamped, the system sends a control signal to open the discharge door of the weighing hopper, the material enters the packaging bag, after the material is emptied, the discharge door of the weighing hopper is automatically closed; after emptying the material, the bag clamping device is released, the packaging bag automatically falls; after the packaging bag falls, it is sewn and transported to the next workstation. This process repeats automatically.
