Gate valve stem drive is not flexible
1. If the packing is too tight, loosen the nut on the packing gland properly.
2. The packing gland position is not correct, so that the valve stem is stuck, should evenly screw the nut on the packing gland, so that the gland back to its normal position.
3. Screw damage on stem and stem nut shall be removed after disassembly
Between gate and seat sealing face of gate valve
1. There is dirt between sealing surface, which can be washed away.
2. If the sealing surface is damaged, it should be reground. If necessary, it can be surfacing welded and processed.
