Goldman Sachs 'latest Forecast: Copper Prices Will Continue To Rise Into Next Year

Goldman Sachs raised its average gold price forecast for 2024 from $2,090 an ounce to $2,180 an ounce and to $2,300 by the end of the year. Continue to target LME aluminium prices at $2,600 per tonne by year-end, with an average price of $2,400 per tonne in 2024 and $2,850 per tonne in 2025; Copper prices are expected to rally into next year, rising to $10,000 per tonne by the end of this year and $12,000 per tonne by the end of the first quarter of 2025 as tight supply pressures intensify.
