Among them, in terms of improving energy and resource security capabilities and focusing on building an important national energy and strategic resource base, the meeting proposed: First, 182 geological exploration fund projects of the autonomous region were arranged during the year, with an investment of 350 million yuan, including 1:25,000 strategic mineral investigation and research projects, strategic mineral exploration projects in key investigation areas, exploration areas and ore-forming potential areas of the region, as well as coal-bed gas, geothermal and other projects. At the same time, the implementation of the Baiyun Obo area of the special mining operations, to provide support for the construction of Baotou rare earth new materials base and rare earth application base. Second, we will strengthen the management of energy and resources development. We will implement differentiated mineral control policies, focusing on the exploitation of iron-rich, copper, gold and other metals and high-quality non-metallic minerals, and regulate the total amount of rare earth and tungsten ores. Third, we will promote the economical and efficient utilization of mineral resources. Increase the proportion of "double random and one public" spot checks and inspections in the annual mining exploration and mining publicity information of mining owners, and revise and improve the green mine construction plan in the autonomous region.
