In 2018, PUDA got an order of packing machine for kaolin in the city of Tangshan. Two months later, three sets of machines were sent to the site. Now the customer needs us to do the installation and commission.
Problems with field equipment:
1: Circuit breaker QF3 trips;
2: When switching the power frequency, the motor phase sequence is wrong, and it runs in reverse;
3: The motor automatically stops running during operation;
Treatment plan:
1: Adjust the phase sequence of the incoming power supply so that the three items A/B/C correspond to the phase sequence protector; change the opening and closing point wiring of the phase sequence protector; adjust and increase the short-circuit protection current value of the circuit breaker;
2: Test with a low-power motor, adjust the phase sequence of switching to the power frequency voltage, connect the 90kw motor after the steering is correct, and run normally;
3: Find the fault record of the inverter, shield the undervoltage function during operation, FF.1.19=1000;
On-site summary
The above are the problems that exist on the site. After treatment, there is no abnormality after operating for 18 hours. The weight in the on-site mixing tank is about 8-10t, and the running current is about 100A.
