STELLAR Lithium Energy International Co., LTD., a wholly-owned sun company of STELLAR INVESTMENT PTE. LTD. In Indonesia, a joint venture company was set up to invest in the morowali Industrial Park (IMIP) in Morowali County, Central Sulawesi Province with an annual output of 50,000 tons of lithium hydroxide and 10,000 tons of lithium carbonate, with a total investment of about 350 million US dollars. Shengxin International holds a 65% stake in the joint venture. Shengxin Lithium will be the first company planning to engage in the lithium industry in Indonesia.
