Dingsen Iron & Steel Co., Ltd. is another new project that Dingsen holdings has invested in Tianjin. It will build a large integrated steel mill in Tianjin with an investment of hundreds of millions of dollars, which is the most important investment project of dingsen Holdings this year.
To ensure the smooth implementation of the project, the central government set up an inter-ministerial coordination committee in May, with the ministries of Mines, Transport, energy, local Government, agriculture and Immigration providing necessary assistance to the project.
The preliminary civil engineering work of the project is being advanced in an orderly way. In order to better solve the practical problems faced by the project, Larry Mavima, governor of Central Province, led a team to the project site to hold an inter-departmental coordination meeting. The participants included the heads of the regional development Committee, water resources bureaus, environmental protection bureaus, power bureaus, post and telecommunications bureaus, railway bureaus, police bureaus and transport bureaus, as well as about 60 members of the local parliament.
The governor said the investment in the project is vital for the central province and the country as a whole, and all departments should work together to push forward the smooth implementation of the project. The heads of each department responded to the urgently needed problems of Bridges, electricity, DAMS and telecommunications networks, promising to cooperate fully and solve the problems as soon as possible.
Xu Kemin, director of Dingsen Steel, thanked the local government for its strong support. "We couldn't have reached this stage without the help of various government departments," he said. "I am impressed by the efficient style of the central provincial government officials.
When completed, the project will be the largest steel project in Zimbabwe, which is expected to create more than 3,000 jobs, and will strongly promote the development of upstream and downstream industries, as well as the improvement of surrounding facilities.
