Xinjiang Daily November 27 news, Xinjiang Development and Reform Commission external said, Since September this year, three non-ferrous mine development projects have been approved successively: Katba Azu Gold (copper) Mining project of Xinjiang Meisheng Mining, 300,000 tons/year mining project of Solbastao Gold Mine in Balikun Kazakh Autonomous County, Xinjiang, and mining project of Xinjiang Xituo Mining Co., LTD., Huangtan Gold Copper Zinc Mine in Hami City, Xinjiang. The construction of the project can make full use of the advantages of local non-ferrous metal resources, help accelerate the implementation of resource development strategy, improve the level of local intensive and deep processing of resources, and improve the supply capacity of strategic mineral resources in Xinjiang. The Xinjiang Development and Reform Commission said it will support local efforts to develop mineral resources and fully demonstrate the feasibility and compliance of mineral resources development projects in terms of construction planning, ecological protection, technical standards, industrial policies, effective use of resources and project access, so as to accelerate the high-quality development of the green mining industry.
