2. in the water glass refractory castable, without adding coagulant, need to be heated in order to harden, and obtain excellent performance, but the construction of a heating hardening process.

Therefore, the general use of sodium fluorosilicate as coagulant, normal temperature natural curing can be hardened, the performance is also good.

When the basic mix ratio is constant, with the increase of sodium fluosilicate dosage, the compressive strength at room temperature and after burning increases, and the compressive strength at high temperature of 700℃ also increases, but the compressive strength at high temperature of 900℃ decreases.

At the same time, the softening temperature under load decreased by 40℃ and the refractoriness decreased by 120℃.

And about 900℃ melting, fluoride sodium, resulting in 900℃ high temperature compressive strength, softening temperature and refractoriness reduction.

Therefore, under the condition of ensuring a certain strength at room temperature, add sodium fluorosilicate as little as possible.
