3.  Working Principle: rubber crumbs filling and sealing machine

This series of quantitative packaging scale unit is specially designed for quantitative packaging of various granular materials and fine particles with good fluidity and small dust. It adopts pneumatic arc gate or vibration mode to classify feeding. The materials in the silo of the packaging scale are controlled by the sensor to control the pneumatic arc door or the vibrating feeder, and the materials are fed into the weighing hopper or the packaging bag in grades. When the material in the weighing hopper or packaging bag is filled to the set weight, the feeding mechanism stops feeding. After the material is filled into the packaging bag according to the target value, the bag clamp is automatically opened, the material bag is sent away by the conveyor belt, and the bag is sewn (sealed) by manual assistance.
