Working Principle:
The DCS series packaging machine: The materials enter the buffer compartment of the packaging machine from the finished product storage area. The homogenization and stirring system homogenizes the materials, effectively removing the gases contained in the materials from the buffer compartment. It also has the function of preventing the materials from caking or bridging, ensuring the smoothness of the entire packaging process. During the packaging process, the materials are filled into the packaging bags of the weighing system through a variable-frequency-controlled screw. When the filling weight reaches the preset quantitative value, the packaging machine stops feeding, and the packaging bags are removed by hand to complete a single-bag packaging. The weighing instrument of the FW type packaging machine can choose gross weight/net weight packaging.
