Frequent alarms and abnormal weighing results
The main reason is that the support rods at the position of the weights used for automatic weighing are prone to accumulate materials. When the materials become clumped, they come into contact with the weighing bucket and the frame of the scale body, resulting in abnormal weighing.
The scale frequently shows a red light.
Due to the fact that the materials in the bucket exceeded the upper and lower limits set by the controller, the cause of the malfunction was as follows: ① There was a problem with the setting of fine material discharge, resulting in an excessive instantaneous material impact force, preventing the controller from accurately and timely controlling the closing time of the discharge door. After the discharge stopped, there was a significant deviation between the stable weight of the scale bucket and the actual value; ② The closing time of the discharge door was too long, causing too much material to remain between the discharge door and the scale bucket, preventing the controller from accurately determining the actual weight of the bucket; ③ The opening degree of the discharge door was too large, resulting in an excessive instantaneous material impact force, causing a false signal detected by the controller when reaching the set value.
3. Zero point drift of the scale
When the electronic scale is empty, it cannot be fixed precisely at the zero position, resulting in the failure of the electronic scale to operate. The causes of this fault are as follows: ① The output current of the sensor of the electronic scale is not linear; ② There is too much accumulated material in the bucket, and the accumulated material at the connection rod between the sensor and the bucket causes the bucket and the scale body to be connected due to the crystallization of the material, resulting in a significant deviation in the resistance value of the strain element of the sensor; ③ The electronic scale frequently shows a false weight, and the zero position cannot be stabilized. This is because the fixing lock of the discharge door and the transmission shaft is loose, and sometimes the discharge door does not rotate together with the shaft, causing material to leak into the bucket. This false weight occurs after each cycle of operation.
4. Weighing errors due to fluctuations in item weight
During weighing, there is a fluctuation in the weight of each package of material, sometimes being higher and sometimes lower. The causes of this problem are as follows: ① The mechanical actuator and the connected transmission components are severely worn, resulting in excessive clearance that causes the opening degree of the discharge door to be unstable; ② The parameters for fine discharging and pre-closing set by the controller are unreasonable; ③ The electromagnetic valve does not operate properly.
5. During the normal packaging process, the cylinder fails to operate.
The causes of this malfunction are as follows:
① The solenoid valve is without power;
② The intermediate relay is faulty;
③ The instrument program has malfunctioned;
④ The air pipe has ruptured.
